Angela's Jewelry Repair

I brought an important piece of jewelry here to be wire wrapped into a necklace. I was told it would only take a weekend to do, which was perfect because it was for my friends birthday. Before we left for a trip for her birthday 5 days later it had not been touched. When I came back from trip there was one piece of wire around it. 2 weeks later I still didn’t have it for Christmas, 2 weeks after that.. and calling multiple times and showing up multiple times I got the price of jewelry back wrapped. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, in no way could I give this as a gift. It has my friends dogs ashes in it. The wire wrapping is something I could have done myself and maybe even better. I will never recommend this place to anyone. From customer service to the whole experience if I could give zero stars I would. I’ve literally never left a review for anything but I was sick to my stomach over this entire experience. And felt like I was jerked around from the beginning. I now have to spend more money bringing it somewhere else.
