Went to get my sparkplugs replaced. His ham handed son used a pneumatic tool on them and spun TWO of them into round heads impossible to remove. HUMAN NATURE is excusable however when you're a mechanic if something structural fails YOU STOP TO ASSESS THE SITUATION!!! but in his unqualified opinion he chose to do the same to the next sparkplug. Andy has ALWAYS been a decent person very qualified to do that job right EVERY time. His son however is another in a long line of folks who pretend to know what they're doing when really they shouldn't touch a thing. When are you going to pay to have my cylinder head removed to remove the plugs YOU damaged Andys' son?
