Had use this company many times for plumbing needs and all had been great experience. The last time I use them was Jun 28, 2025 due to water heater problem. I was prompted to write this review due to their exceptional service which I will list below: 1. Promptness: I texted Troy at 8:46 AM (Sat) and got a response from him after 9 minutes! He drop by the house for initial assessment at 10:30AM, then the whole job was done at 1:41PM. This is on a Saturday! 2. Cost Consciousness: First thing he does is get the serial number of my defective heater and make sure it's not under warranty, before providing the quote. 3. Quality: They really make sure there's no water spill in hauling out the old unit. He also make sure there's no gas leak after installation and check it with a sniffer. I know this is a SOP for installation but I can see how thorough he have the sniffer check around all connections and temp control area. Overall, if you need quick plumbing service with quality, Anchor Plumbing (Troy) is the company to call.
