Chris is an exceptional technician. Very educated, very informative and very honest. He has taken care of our hvac needs like a member of his own family. Gave all the information needed to make the best decision! The house is old and the system was well over 20 years. We decided it was time for a new system. We were in need of a visit for a small problem with our furnace. The service was above average as always. From the friendly and efficient assistance by Megan we were scheduled on the first available date with assurance that if anything changed we could be worked in sooner. Scott did a thorough job identifying the problem and rectifying it. It was necessary to follow-up a few days later.Chris was able to make the adjustment with his usual thoroughness. There was no charge since we had a 30day warranty. We highly recommend this company!!

Chris is an excellent technician & great representative of American Star. He was very thorough, explaining all he was doing for my furnace inspection. He asked several times if I had any further questions. I appreciate his attention to detail & easy to understand explanations. I will definitely be requesting he return for my ac check!
