When my dryer stopped working, conveniently right as we came home from vacation with a huge pile of laundry on a weekend, I saw all the great reviews and called Gary. Not expecting to be able to get taken care of till sometime in the week, he had his tech Andrew at my house 3 hours later and Andrew was able to fix my dryer and save the day! Both Gary and his tech Andrew were very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and their prices were very reasonable. I would recommended them to anyone, in fact I already have to my family and friends. Thanks again Gary and Andrew, you guys absolutely deserve every 5 star review you get! Appreciate you guys!

When our refrigerator suddenly stopped working it was a disaster! After I finally contacted American Authorized Appliance Repair & Service they were able to help on the same day. The technician came very quickly and after a short but thorough diagnostic offered us choices on how they could solve the issue. He was fast, knowledgeable, and polite as he was fixing our fridge. A couple hours later everything in our kitchen was back to normal. American Authorized Appliance Repair & Service specialist saved us a lot of time, money, and headaches. I had a problem with my washing machine and freaked out because the water went in but it was not draining. So, with a washing machine full of wet clothes and me being about a week behind on my laundry, I needed this fixed as soon as possible. I needed to find someone with good reviews and I found this company, and after calling them, I was delighted to find out that they could send someone out the same day. They sent out a technician named Andrew, and he was quick to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. After agreeing, he was able to fix the problem right there on the spot. Also, I would like to point out that he was very upfront about pricing and didn't try to pull any funny stuff, which was very refreshing. Amazing customer service! Gary is sincere, honest, and very understanding of the customer's needs. My appointment was one day from my 1st call! The service technician was on time, very clean, and considerate. He clearly was knowledgeable regarding my leaking washing machine, I decided to not fix but replace it. Both Gary and the technician were so understanding. I will recommend this company to everyone, friends in my apt. building, and family! The cost was reasonable to get such an honest and decent company! They renewed my faith in humanity! My call to them was random, it was a real blessing. I also received a 'senior discount'.
