Amazin Glass

I would not recommend this company. We had a window replaced, and they replaced it without a tint, which all of the other windows have. I have been calling and trying to get the correct window installed for the past 14 months with excuse and excuse. That it’s been ordered but hasn’t come in, it’s on backorder, there’s a problem with the manufacturer, etc. i have called over 40 times, each time being told that they would call me back and never did- I had to keep calling them. Finally I requested to speak with the owner and get a refund so I could get the correct window elsewhere. The owner, Harold, was very unprofessional and told me that his receipts say “no refunds” so he will not give me a refund, and that it’s not possible to match tints. If this is true, they should have told us that BEFORE they replaced one of our tinted windows with a completely clear one. When I told him I would reach out to BBB, he told me I’m mean. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Very prompt service. Harold is down to earth and will not steer you wrong. Donna and the other gentleman ( and was spot-on with the measurement from the picture on my phone ) were very nice in explaining the measurements and choice of glass they have. We all shared a very humorous story on candy bars, which was a cool moment because we all shared a laugh. My Wife was VERY HAPPY with her tabletop for her outdoor table.
