This guy is a crook!!!! I originally called for a sensor issue with my commercial gate. Prior to his arrival our gate was operating just fine. The only issue was the emergency sensor on the inside was not working. Avi showed up quickly to diagnose the issue. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, he said that he would replace the sensor , but the backup batteries also needed to be replaced. He quoted me $4,000! $4,000 for 20 minutes work and two parts that I could by online for less than $1,000. Then he comes back in and tells me that the main electrical board had a burned-up wire that had caused the electrical board to burn up. He even brought me the burned-up unit to show me. You should have seen his face when I told him that prior to him touching my gate opener it was working just fine. So now my $4,000 quote has gone up to $6,000! That’s not all! I called another gate company to repair my gate; they said that he stole the electrical board from my unit! So now not only did he break my gate he stole parts! Buyer beware!!!! This guy needs to be in jail!
