Jeff has been very helpful to work with in plowing our driveway and helping us plan and install a very substantial re-landscaping of our entire yard. With the snowplowing he was very helpful and creative in planning how and where to push and accumulate the snow, was always on time, and did a great job. On the re-landscaping, he met with us and our landscape architect and gave us great input and ideas about numbers and kinds of plants and materials to use, best time of year to plant, and best watering options to maintain the landscaping for the long term. He then gave us detailed cost estimates that we felt were very reasonable and he stuck with them. Finally, when he came to install the landscaping, we ran into some challenges with the existing sprinkler system that neither of us anticipated and that disrupted the work. When that happened, he was very accommodating and helpful in rescheduling the work to meet our needs and made his people available to fix the problem, all at a reasonable cost. Jeff and his crew have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and dependable in all our dealings with them. He was there when he said he would be, did the work in a quick and efficient and professional way and was helpful and accommodating in solving the problems that inevitably come up when doing projects like the ones we did with him. Bottom line, working with Jeff and his people at Altitude was a very good experience. We highly recommend using them for either or both snowplowing or landscaping services.
