Alpine Pest Management

Kyle did a fabulous job. He was extremely thorough; he checked the entire townhouse, behind appliances, the garage, the crawlspace. He even checked the attic. He checked the entire outside of the 3 townhouse building, even puttine wire mesh over an access point to the crawl space that was in the foundation of one of the other townhouses in the building. He took time to answer all our questions. We had been very concerned about germs and diseases carried by mice; Kyle was informed and explained that the type of mice that were entering our townhouse do not carry hantavirus. We highly recommend Alpine Pest Management, Bend, OR.

Kyle was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in trying to figure out the rodent situation in our house. He also was very aware of costs and ensuring that he was providing what was needed, as opposed to trying to sell me things that were not necessary. I highly recommend Alpine Pest Management. Even the person who scheduled my appt was incredibly helpful and was willing to chat through all of the various considerations. I am hopeful our rodent issue will be gone soon!
