Jeremy made the process of converting our wood burning stove to gas so easy. He's super friendly and full of useful information. His quote was very competitive and even included installing the gas line. Our new gas fireplace is amazing and toasty warm. His follow up was great and even stopped by after to give me the serial number. If you are looking to convert wood to gas, look no further, Alpine Fireplaces and Jeremy are the best!

We just got an Astria fireplace from Jeremy at the Orem store. Absolutely love it!!! Jeremy was the reason we chose Alpine over other retailers in the area. He was very thoughtful to our needs in his explanation of their product. Had it about a month in a man cave. Now we don’t come out of the room. Waiting for ❄️ So we have had some issues with our fireplace. Lights do not last long and now fan has stopped working. We’ve only had it less than two years and they won’t warranty these. We worked with Greg at this location after visiting three other fireplace stores prior to stopping here. We found Greg to be the most knowledgeable and most helpful. We ended buying our log set from Greg. Their home office was very easy to work with when setting up an appointment for the install.

Overall we are very happy with our new fireplace. The installers were professional and did a great job. My only complaint is the lack of clarity and communication on behalf of the sales rep. Unfortunately that’s who you have to go through for everything, and it took longer than I thought it would to schedule after we paid our deposit, and then communication was delayed and often unprofessional. I would probably still recommend Alpine Fireplace because their prices are the most reasonable compared to other competitors, and our fireplace is beautiful and functions perfectly. I needed my alpine fireplace worked on. The lehi store sent out Casey to my home. Casey was prompt to the appointment. He found the problem and corrected the issue. He was clean and courteous and answered my questions. I would recommend their services
