Amazing, helpful, and kind. This is the kind of customer service that should be taught in customer service school (is there such a thing, I digress). Support local business. This is your store Libby, these guys and gals are amazing at what they do. Two times I've went in and two times I was out the door in less than five minutes. Amazing!

Outstanding experience with everyone at Alpha Computers. Superior customer service, knowledgeable techs, and honest. They saved me several hundred dollars fixing my computer issues. I can't say thank you enough!
Black Cloud
Very friendly staff, and they can install any program you want on your computer. I have a very expensive and tricky music program that they installed for me, as well as lesser, cheaper ones. They keep switching computer techs but they always have a good one on hand. Their merchandise is a little more expensive than what you would expect at a Walmart, but for a small-town business they are decent.
