In response to the Jeff Twedwell comment. We never repaired the unit in question. Jeff wanted to hide the fact that he damaged a customers unit when installing tile. We explained to Jeff that it would be best to be honest with the owner prior to making the repair. He lied to us about doing so, as well as made ridiculous requests to schedule the repair to keep it from the owners. We didn't waste his time, he wasted ours. With over 32 yrs in this business, we don't ask our customers to run to this site and leave a Google review. Simply because we have over 5,000 satisfied customers, with pictures to back up nearly every job we do.
