Carl is a nice guy and knows his stuff. My vacuum was a lost cause for repair but he gave me some purchase advice and didn’t pressure me to buy at all. I would recommend this shop if you are looking to purchase or repair.
Fixed my old vacuum to as good as NEW! I took my vacuum in fully prepared to be told i need a new one but instead I got a call less than 24 hours later that they were able fix it for me! Super sweet owners and I can’t recommend them enough.
Love this little shop while as a rule doesn't work on computerized machines. Works very well on mechanical & older machines. The owner is very knowledgeable & personable. And very good at his job.
ZERO STARS! Placed an order for a sweeper motor on 5/4/17. Charged my credit card immediately. Emailed me a receipt that said the delivery method would be 3 day priority mail which I paid $13.60 for. After four days I emailed, no response. Then I called three different days. Always got an answer machine. Left my name and number and invoice number but never got a return call. Finally filed a dispute with my credit card to try to get my $93.84 back. I did a search for this place on Google Earth and it looks like a very small store front. This place should not be selling parts online. I wish I read these reviews before I placed my order. Total rip-off!
