Worst experience and membership is scam Lino came and said dishwasher pump broke and charged $500 and he said if we take membership everything will be free After 1 month dishwasher again broke and not starting then he comes back and says gasket is broke which will not get covered in membership and it will gonna cost me $150 This is a scam and he charged $90 to come and check We would have got new dishwasher for all this money
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the lack of service and communication I have experienced. My refrigerator remains unrepaired, and despite paying a $2,400 deposit, no refund has been issued. It has now been over three months without resolution. My attempts to follow up have been unsuccessful, as my calls have been ignored, and Christina, who oversees the finances, has not provided any update on the status of my refund. I am still awaiting the return of my deposit, despite no work being completed.
It was easy to schedule with their 24 hour live phone availability.* Joe arrived early for the appointment, so we were done 45 minutes before he was even scheduled to arrive! He was quick, informative and friendly. Unfortunately, I need a new fridge, but I'm very satisfied with the service from Allboro. I definitely my recommend them. (*20 hours later, I'm still awaiting a callback from a different provider.)
Allboro was great. Came to my home the same day I called, diagnosed the problem immediately, came back and installed the necessary part on a Saturday to meet my schedule. Brandon was great and informative and did a great job working with my subzero fridge. I’d definitely recommend using this company.
I highly recommend this company!! Reliable and very knowledgeable at an affordable price!! My wife and I are holding off on purchasing a new refrigerator until our kitchen renovation later this year. Our fridge recently stopped working, but thanks to All Boro Refrigeration, they quickly identified the issue and repaired it. Saving us thousands of dollars!! If you have an issues, call and request Brandon. He was great-- walked us through the issues so we understood what he was doing and what caused it so we can avoid it in the future. Very satisfied customer and money well spent!
