We've dealt with a wet basement for years. After trying all of the usual things (re-routing downspouts, back yard draining system) we opted to have All American waterproof our basement. They were recommended from a family member who was quite happy with their work and the cost. Our first point of contact with All American was with Tyler. He came out to assess and measure our basement and provide a detailed overview of the work that would be performed. I worked with Tyler to schedule our work, and he was very responsive and always in communication. We did most of the prep work before the waterproofing project began (removing wood paneling, removing electrical, covering furniture) and their workers were able to hit the ground running. All American's guys were clean, professional, and didn't treat any question as a dumb question. The owner was always available by phone for any questions/concerns. Overall the entire project took only 3 days. What was a wet, mildewy basement is now bright and dry. I'll report back after a few months after the spring rains put their install to the test. ***Edit - 1/6/2024*** After many months (and through the rains of spring and summer), I’m happy to report we still have a very dry comfortable basement. We were able to finish the space with carpeting. The PVC wall sheets looks so nice, we decided against drywalling. What a difference this has had on our basement!!!
