I was disappointed with my past service provider so I decided to give someone else a chance to earn my business. I have a few projects so I decided on All Aboard as I’ve passed by one of their locations and wanted to try someone local. I put in a request for a quote and was given a day and an actual time. No estimate an actual time! I was even more surprised when on the day of the appointment I received a call asking permission to show up 30 min earlier. When Gabriel arrived I told him we need a ceiling fan installed where I had removed a chandelier. He inspected the area and explained we have an 8lb electrical box and would need one rated for a ceiling fan. He was upfront with pricing with both installation of the fan and box. I asked if we go with them when he could start and he said right now as it would only take about 45 min. Since the price was decent and close to other quotes I told him to go ahead and install it. He went to work right away and was very careful and quick. When the fan was installed he went over the use and even gave me a few pointers on the remote itself. Mind you this isn’t a fan they sale but one we had bought elsewhere. That just showed me how much Gabriel knows his stuff and wants to go beyond for the customer. He is definitely one of the best technicians that’s done work for me. Since it was quick, I had asked Gabriel for quotes on a few other projects. He gave me quotes, recommendations and a few pointers. Once we were done talking, he vacuumed and cleaned the area before leaving. Overall from scheduling to cleanup, I am very very happy with this service call. I will be giving them another call when I’m ready for my next project!
