Couldn't recommend Alexandria Pest Services enough! From their inspectors (Alan) to their technicians (Franklin) to their VP (Ricky), every single person we've worked with has been incredibly kind, thoughtful and transparent. We had MAJOR mouse issues after significant construction in our area. They understood our concerns with a little one in the house, and even worked with us to figure out a maintenance plan that fit in our budget. They really care about customer service, do not run on commission or try to upsell, and they're great about explaining what they see and what they're doing. We've already referred our neighbors. Alexandria Pest sent service tech. Kam out to perform a General Pest initial service for our home in Hayfield Farms.. Kam was on time for the appointment, which was very helpful. She took a few minutes to explain the "what and where" of the service. Again, it was very helpful as we have a pet , and we wanted to know how long to wait for the solution to dry. Very professional, I would highly recommend Alexandria Pest. A rare quality service in a sea of "others".

This company was incredible!!! We had two dead squirrels in our yard (it was pretty awful) and was discovered one morning when getting our son into the car. We immediately called a bunch of companies and were told they couldn’t handle this, or wouldn’t be able to fit us in for weeks, ect. Alexandria Pest Services was able to get us in within an hour my call. They had a technician in the DC area and contacted him to immediately come and help. The prices was so reasonable (I would have gladly paid more) and the job was done so efficiently and with care. All of the animals remains were picked up and we feel safe that our kids and animals can be back in the yard. This is one of those companies you hope you never have to call or call again but if we ever need to we know exactly who we will be calling!!!!!!!!! My husband wants to know if they have mosquitoes treatments too since our current company just isn’t doing the job! We highly recommend this place!
