They promise you ethical treatment, integrity & flawless service. Don't believe it. Once carpet was selected - salesman assured quality professional installers in a timely manner. The installer arrived late; talking highly of himself and did not reply or respond when asked questions. Once carpet was installed, we inspected job. Carpet had high strips where seams were; like the carpet was doubled at the seam. I pointed it out to installer (Terry), and he pulled on it saying it won't come loose. I said I wasn't worried about it coming loose but the seam was obviously thick. He ignored my concern. A week later I called back and spoke to sales person who came our days later to look at it. It took another week to get a call back where salesman asked for a convenient time for installer to come back. I gave him a 2-days timetable around my work schedule. Salesman said he would call installer and get back with me on day & time. I was assured installer would be back to repair on one of the days I provided but he would call back to confirm. On the day installer was suppose to be here for repair I received a call from installer saying he was calling to set up the appointment. What?! You were actually suppose to be here! So I had to call the flooring store and I got excuses from the lady sales person saying that the installer was trying to call me. Don't bother calling these people..they don't know what they're doing and they are not customer service conscious. You will get self praises galore only to be let down miserably. I would rather do business with an honest company that admits their weaknesses but their goals are exceptional service and customer satisfaction in the end. Mistakes are expected but with that there is an expectation to fix the mistake. After all, isn’t that what we, the consumer are paying for? So buyer beware… I won't be using them again.
