AKS Services, LLC

We worked with Tim Duncan at AKS Services, LLC on our extensive kitchen remodel. We removed the walls and raised the ceiling for a more open floor plan. We worked closely with Tim on the planning and design of our kitchen throughout 2024. Tim was very patient with our changes and revisions to the plans until we were happy and ready to start. The work began in early 2025 and took about 7 weeks. Tim's team was very professional (framing, tilework, flooring, cabinet installs, lighting, moving gas/water/electrical, and more). They were at our house each morning for 8 to 10 hours, five days a week and did an excellent job. The workers were careful and cleaned the site up every evening before leaving. Tim was particularly good at taking care of the details and stopped by our house every morning and every evening to see how the progress was going. He was on top of the job, knew all the fine details, and clearly communicated with the workers and us. We are delighted with Tim's work and AKS services - the work was performed to a high quality and to what we believe was a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend AKS services for a kitchen remodel.
