Air Smiths made sure that my geothermal HVAC unit was working correctly after their service to charge my unit. We had an additional issue and they were right back to help us out. VERY RESPONSIVE and SUPPORTIVE. I will be using them in the future!

Definition of OUTSTANDING SERVICE = We contacted Airsmith Thursday morning about our system not cooling properly...Bobby arrived soon after the call...he inspected the issue, consulted with us, which in the end our system had bit the dust...we panicked because we had company arriving this weekend for Thanksgiving...Bobby went outside, made a call...Today, Friday (a day after Bobby came to assist) we have a new unit installed...UNBELIEVABLE! the technicians were extremely kind and took the time to explain the process and assisted in explaing the new system and controls...we cannot thank Airsmith, Bobby and the rest of the team for their kindness and prompt attention to our issue...Happy Thanksgiving! I should also add that during the installation Taylor kept us well informed and educated us on the new thermostat and assisted loading the app on our phones... Great job Taylor! This is the best A/C company I've ever used. Extremely honest, helpful and informative. Every technician is knowledgeable, always recommends ways to help me save money with suggestions, always on time and very friendly. In the past, I've had companies recommend repairs or replacements at ridiculous prices. The last time I had problems, one of Airsmiths' guy came out, analyzed and repaired the problem and saved me tens of thousands of dollars by not having to replace my system. Highly recommend!
