Contacted Airserve for vent cleaning as well as installation of a new filtration system for my home. Everything that was cleaned and installed looks great. My only complaint is that the technicians left metal shavings throughout area in front of the furnace as well as out through our garage. This led to me pulling out a few metal pieces from my hand and doctoring up some minor cuts as I was playing with my kids down stairs. Luckily no one else nor my animals were impacted by the left over metal. It looks like they also used the top of my chest freezer to cut on since it was covered in scratches and had metal shavings on the freezer and around it in the garage floor (don’t get me wrong my freezer isn’t brand new but it has been taken care of throughout the years). I am doubting that I would go through the company again due to the oversight of cleaning up the workspace to how it was before work was started as well as the damage done to my freezer.
