Our Heater went out Saturday morning in the middle of the night. I called Air Pro Saturday morning and the had a service Tech call me right away. He came out shortly there after and get me back up and running! GREAT Service!

Called this company at 8:30 at night. They didn't charge me an after hours service call. Had our a/c working in less than an hour. Replaced the fan motor and the capacitor on my condenser outside. Thank you gentlemen great job.

I'm from out of state and was in Russellville caring for my elderly mother who is in hospice care. When her A/C went out on Saturday afternoon I called Air Pro. When I explained our situation to Billie she immediately assured me they would be right over. In 20 minutes they were here and within 10 minutes Preston and Jason had diagnosed the problem and assured me they had the capacitor needed on their truck. They also thoroughly serviced the unit and worked as quickly as possible to get cool air flowing. Their knowledge, professionalism and urgency far exceeded our expectations while working on a 100+ degree day. The bill was extremely reasonable and they assured me they would be back ASAP if another problem came up. We had a chance to visit as we settled up and I can't help but feel that I also made two new friends. Would give 10 stars if possible! Thank you Billie, Preston and Jason!
