We had a really good experience with Air Orleans when they came out to my mom’s house in River Ridge to fix her heater. Mike was very polite and explained everything step by step and made sure my mom understood what was going on before he did any work. We really appreciated him taking the time to go over all the details instead of rushing through it. The price was reasonable, especially for how quickly and professionally everything was handled. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely recommend Air Orleans to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Can't say enough about how impressed I was with the winter hvac maintenance done by Air Orleans. The owner Michael was so thorough. He found issues that have been there for years and didn't stop the system from working, but we're definitely hurting us and would have shortened the life of the unit. He provided videos and took my husband up in the attic after. I highly recommend using these guys for an indoor air quality evaluation.
