Air Orleans did a masterful job installing a mini split system in my historic New Orleans home. At every step, Air Orleans was responsive, timely, and professional. After experiencing what it was like to interact with a larger, conglomerate HVAC company in SE Louisiana, I was looking for a local company who treated me like a person and wasn’t just looking to sell me useless add-ons to a functional system. If you’re looking for a responsive and honest HVAC company, I cannot recommend Air Orleans more.

Can't say enough about how impressed I was with the winter hvac maintenance done by Air Orleans. The owner Michael was so thorough. He found issues that have been there for years and didn't stop the system from working, but we're definitely hurting us and would have shortened the life of the unit. He provided videos and took my husband up in the attic after. I highly recommend using these guys for an indoor air quality evaluation.

Mike was very polite and explained everything step by step and made sure my mom understood what was going on before he did any work.
