I would give 1,000 stars if I could. An honest family business, they help guide you on what you need to do, and are priced very fair. The son and father were outstanding at putting in a whole new oil furnace for us and later a hot water heater and ran pipes for a kitchen remodel. I highly recommend them. They are extremely courteous, honest, and even super clean when working.
I have been with this company for well over 12 years. They are excellent, explain everything and are always accommodating. I appreciate their professional and caring work ethic. I had a 37 year old heater that they were carefully trying to keep alive and finally I broke down and said let's get a new one ordered. They we relieved and my old one died just as the new came in. Honest and hard working.
I'd give 10 stars if I could! Have used this company for 2 years now and I won't call anyone else. They are honest and reliable...and that's become hard to find these days. Their sons are respectful and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with and communicate well throughout the process. They were quick to respond on a very hot day and get me cooled off quickly. Thank you Air Force Heating & Cooling!!!
I would like to personally thank Air Force Heating and Cooling and the owner Tom for getting my A/C unit back online. They are a family run business and they provide excellent service which we really appreciated. They quickly got me scheduled the same day that I called, diagnosed the issue and returned early the next morning with the part. Tom is an Air Force veteran and we thank him for his service. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. If you are looking for someone for cooling or heating issues, this is the place that I would call first. Definitely 5 Stars!
Absolutely Wonderful! I’ve been working with Air Force for about 3+ years, based on a referral from someone who has been working with them for 10+ years, and all I can say is that they are absolutely fabulous. They are responsive, courteous, kind, and they take the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all questions. Tom personally saved me when my AC went down in the middle of a heat wave, and had two new pups in the house. Chris comes out to service my system twice a year, always being thorough and respectful of the house and my time, and is simply a pleasure to interact with. Carol has always been willing to help me at a moment’s notice, and she went above and beyond to find a solution when we had an emergency situation. She was kind and caring throughout the whole ordeal, and showed genuine compassion when I was feeling overwhelmed. I cannot recommend Air Force enough. They are local, family owned/operated, extremely well-priced, and deliver an incredible level of service that you just don’t see anymore.
