Crew was courteous and overall communication was good. However, the crew seemed rushed and it showed in their subpar cleanup afterwards. I had to clean the floors, bathroom sink, and some of the walls. Call it being picky but businesses want top dollar for their service/product but you certainly don’t get what you pay for. Probably would not use again.

Professional, efficient, informative and delightful! Air Duct Pros showed up on time, explained everything they were doing, and provided before and after pictures. I plan on using them again in the future.

Our experience with Air Duct Pros was exceptional from start to finish! I called around to a couple of duct cleaning companies but this locally owned, family run business immediately stood out both in terms of service and price. Our appointment was originally scheduled a couple of weeks out but I asked Melissa to let me know if they had any cancellations. She contacted me twice with earlier spots. Duane, the owner, came on Christmas Eve and he and his partner were extremely professional, thorough and efficient!
