Called them on a Friday afternoon and spoke to a real person who knows English within 15 seconds. I wanted to get a estimate and they sent a representative out the SAME day. Was quoted the best offer I've gotten from all other companies. On Saturday they called to confirm and walked me through the loan/payment programs they offered. Then was told they'd be able to come Tuesday to install my new system, THREE days after I was given the quote. Tuesday came and their installers came early in the morning and had it all done by the afternoon. Definitely the best service I've ever gotten from any company.

Well , where should I start! Starting off trying to get me to finance my a/c I was talked into financing but after seeing all the fine print I would have paid almost $20,000 for my a/c! Then after it was installed I have had nothing but problems. I have had numerous calls for repairs. They come out and tell me nothing is wrong. The fan motor went bad just over a year and they expected me to pay! There was a problem when they installed the New air conditioner they cut the Support beem that go to the trusses. I have been waiting since last Friday for the company to get back to me. They tell me I have to speak to a manager I have made every effort to call them the only ansewer I get is the supervisor is in a meeting. still no reply. Pretty bad service.
