I was connected with Chuck after purchasing a pre-owned natural gas AGA which needed full reassembly and installation. Chuck walked me through the entire process to prepare the site in my home for the very heavy AGA. I was able to coordinate the delivery of the stove to Chuck and he brought the stove to me on the installation date. Chuck and his team were very thorough and professional and knew the stove inside and out. I highly recommend Chuck if you are looking to install one of these fantastic ovens in your home.
