We had an emergency water line leak in our front yard on Christmas Eve. At 4:00 they came out to help us out. They found a broken pipe connector. Water was pouring out. It was later that evening but were able to fix it temporarily until they could get the correct parts. They came out first thing the day after Christmas to replace and do final repairs. We are so grateful. They saved our Christmas! Had a houseful of family over. Not sure what we would have done. Can not say enough good things about this company. They pretty much spent their Christmas Eve with us working.

Philip and his guys have been working on 4 new cabins at our resort AND an additional water line we needed from Boone County for the last 7 months. We have been very impressed with their service and prices. When we have had a 911 emergency they have been out within hours of our call to fix our problem. It has been a relief to know they are available when others do not even answer their phones on the weekend, One time we were facing a important deadline there were 4 of them that came out and worked on BOTH Saturday and Sunday to get our cabins completed so we could have people staying in them for a conference. Then 2 weeks ago they REALLY made me excited. We had a back up problem and someone else called a different plumber. They came out and charged me over $300 to use their camera and find where a piece of a cap of a sewer pipe had fallen into the septic system and was blocking it. The other company was going to charge us thousands of dollars to dig up the area. When I called Philip and he reminded me he had all the same equipment and he knew they can usually hydrojet it instead of digging anywhere! I loved that idea and the lack of the mess and the cost. When you are calling a plumber you want them to find you the right solution at the right price! That is what Philip has done for us on several different projects and we GREATLY appreciate him!

I had a water line break in my yard. Phillip came by and recommended a course of action. He then came back with his crew to repair the leak. I had concerns about power equipment destroying my yard. Phillip and his crew found the leak immediately and did the repair in less than three hours.. They did a wonderful job with clean up. You can barely tell they had been here. I would give them a 10 star rating instead of a 5. Very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
