Kind, efficient, helpful. My bathroom had 3 issues all needing addressed. Affordable Plumbing came out, were on time, diagnosed the issues, discussed the repair with me then tackled the problems. The repairs were a little more intense than expected. They completed the repairs and did not charge me extra for the extra required effort or try to upsell me. I greatly appreciated that. Working with larger repair companies often means the final total comes out way more than expected. This experience was far more positive than that. I highly recommend these guys!

I needed a plumber to check out and fix my Mom's hot water heater; problem is, she's in Greensboro and I live in New England. After reading reviews I gave Affordable a call. Mike got back to me extremely quickly and managed to find a spot in his schedule in order to quickly get my Mom back up and running. He coordinated with me very well over the phone (multiple calls) and was very professional. He got the job done at a very fair price. I can't recommend Mike and Affordable Plumbing highly enough!

I bought a Delta toilet from Home Depot on Elm Eugene St on a Saturday and paid for installation. I called the company that was supposed to install it on Monday. Its rep. told me she would call right back. I never heard from her. I called Mike at Affordable Plumbing at 2:56 the following Monday after Christmas. He returned my call four minutes later at 3:00. I was already impressed. Mike gave me a 1:00 to 3:00 estimated arrival time for the next day. Buddy was at my house at 12:55! How often does that happen? Buddy took measurements to make sure the toilet I picked would fit. It did. He had the old one pulled out in about ten minu... They did not offer to dispose of the old toilet. That was not a problem for me. It's something you might want to ask Mike about when you line up the job if it would be for you, though. I'm pleased with the work and would use Affordable Plumbing again.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Michael at Affordable Plumbing. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to fix my kitchen sink. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing, Heating & Air to anyone who has plumbing issues. They do excellent work! Thank you so much for a job well done ๐
