Wanted to gatekeep BUT in this economy everyone needs to know! The crack guys are the best.Customer service on point for organization always on point. The price…I swear you won’t beat it! If you’re lucky you will meet Brian. Mannnnn he took the time to explain everything he was doing and looking for has pictures too🤌🏾. I know my home is secure with them because I know and in what’s going on what’s what with my foundation and I know I’m not gonna break the bank to do it!!!not showing my house just believe me it’s nicceeee

I had foundation issues, humidity issues, just overall foundation deteriorating. I got estimates from multiple companies some with much higher price tags but ultimately I chose The Crack Guys for the product they supplied. The encapsulation product was far superior to all the competitors. I Lance Archer explained everything to me then spoke to me again during the install to reassure me. The crew that did the work were so professional. The Lead Foreman Gonzalo Vega was patient with all my questions, my looking around etc. The entire crew were good to talk to me and explain the process. From the Helical Piers to the full mold remediation and encapsulation. I felt taken care of. Thank you to all of you. I feel I made a good investment in my home.

Brian Hargis came out to look at our home today. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything instead of rushing through the inspection. What really stood out was how clearly he explained his findings. Brian walked us through what he was seeing, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood both the condition of our foundation and our options moving forward. There was absolutely no pressure or scare tactics, just honest and knowledgeable advice. It gave us real peace of mind knowing we were getting an expert opinion we could trust.
