I truly appreciated the excellent service we received from Aerco H & C Service Tech Anthony. He came out and serviced our heat pump/compressor on the afternoon of one of the hottest days of the summer 07/22/19. He exemplified professional, and went out of his way to insure the air compressor was working b4 he left. His work ethic is a complement to Areco. I thank both Anthony and Aerco.
I have difficulty breathing in hot, humid conditions. My air conditioning wasn't keeping up, so I called Aerco. It was nearly 7 p.m. when I called. I got the answering service and was then called by Aerco Tech Anthony in less than 20 min. He was on another call, but was very professional and helpful. Anthony was very respectful and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns, and could not have been any nicer. I would definitely call Aerco again if the need arises and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
I have used Aerco Heating & Cooling on two occasions and have always been pleased by their work. Anthony was the tech sent out on both occasions. He is professional, friendly and always willing to stop and explain what he is doing. He tried to save me money both times and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I feel Anthony and Aerco are a trust worthy company and will definitely use them the next time I need heating or air conditioning work.
Anthony at Aerco was excellent with fixing a difficult to diagnos issue with our heater. Did a great job and helped me understand what he was doing and looking for during the process. I definitely appreciate the effort and he got the jump done, which is the most important part since I was getting rather cold.
Our air had gone out the night before a 90 degree day, I was so relieved when I called Aerco and she said we would be their second call of the day and that a tech would call me on his way. Around 1pm a tech called me said he was just a few minutes out. So polite on the phone and very polite and professional when he showed up. Anthony, our tech was wonderful. Went right out to unit and detected the problem and came back and explained to me thoroughly of the issue, explained pricing and what he would need to do to fix it. Anthony was so nice was quick to fix the issue. I would recommend this company to family and friends. From the phone call to the office to the time the tech left it was a wonderful experience
