Advanced Masonry & Full Chimney

15 minutes ago I ansked Advanced Masonry to come to my house to fix some cracks on the side of my house and to look at my chimney. I sent them pictures to look at. Over the phone they said they could cut out the bricks and replace them. They came out to my house to look at the cracks but then I didn't hear anything from them. I messaged Advanced Masonry if they looked at the cracks. They replied yes, but then said they were going to pass on the job because they came out last year and didn't get the bid. They mentioned they were a quality brick layer, but fixing cracks and laying bricks do go hand and hand. Since they didn't get a bid last year, this is how they treat you another year. They then proceeded to tell me they don't fix other peoples mistakes and only do repairs. Well that other person is not around. I was asking for a repair. So disappointed.

I can not say enough good things about Advanced Masonry. Our chimney was falling apart. Tony answered when I called, came over, and went over everything regarding the chimney. Tony was very personable and knowledgeable. Our chimney needed to be torn out and rebuilt from the bottom to the top. It's done and looks wonderful. The crew was on time, even early, and worked very hard to make sure it was all done correctly down to the details. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Tony and the crew for a wonderful job!! It's getting dark out, but I did get a pic of the top portion of the chimney to post. It matches the brick on our house very well. No more putting a bucket in our chimney when it rains! Thank you.
