I recently moved to Boise along with my business. I was recommended to Smadatek and I am extremely happy I decided to work with them. Their level of support is terrific and far exceeds the support I had before, that I thought was good. Their response time is excellent. They have worked with us and been proactive in helping with security issues, backup solutions with my onsite server, setting up a VPN and especially helpful dealing with CenturyLink. Every interaction I have had with the people at Smadatek has been friendly, and has exceeded my expectations. They have definitely been a 5+ star company for us in every way.

The team at Smadatek was amazing to work with! We started off with a consultation and we discussed the options that would best suit the needs of our small but growing business. They put together an easy-to-understand plan with an estimate in a timely manner that our team was able to review on our own timeframe. Once we gave them the go-ahead, they scheduled our appointment and ordered the hardware needed to equip our office with the wireless boosters and network interface that we were in desperate need of. James came and installed all of their security tools on our devices and everything went off without a hitch! I received a couple additional laptops that required the needed monitoring tools, and they sent me everything I needed so that we could get them up and running remotely. All communication was timely and catered to our needs. We had a couple issues with our building's power, and had some outages. They were able to see those outages on their end via the monitoring tools installed on our computers. They were able to contact us and walk us through some mitigation processes. Overall, I would highly recommend Smadatek for your business networking needs of ANY kind!!

We've been working with Smadatek for quite a few years now. Their staff has ALWAYS been extremely accommodating and quick to adjust to our infrastructure changes [even when I throw them some curveballs]. The team is also very fast at learning new processes and technology. They've helped us install some new spam filters and also help us take care of our network.
