Wonderful experience with a repair of my espresso unit. Couldn't find anyone to work on it, but Mike did a complete overhaul, talked me through a boiler reset via phone call and got my machine up and running. Best place in Tampa Bay for any work on your espresso machine !
Adam and Mike successfully restored my 1970 purchased Macintosh amps, Thorens turntable and Harmon Kardon multi disc player. They got it right, finished promptly, without any contingencies or unforeseen additional charges. As a former professional recording artist, I’ve been a user of hi end audio for 60 years. I recognize professional ability, and Adam’s has got the top skills!
My experience with Adams Electronics was very personable and satisfying. The gentleman I talked to on the phone looking to purchase a 200 disc player was very knowledgeable. When I drove to Tampa to pick it up, another gentleman (sorry don't remember their names) directed me to the store. As it turned out, I needed to replace the rest of my sterio system and the gentleman talked me through the setting up correctly so in the end I have a basically new setup which will outlast me. I will tate this store as a five star experience. Jackie Kerschbaum Pasco County
Beware: This shop is a scam preying on diagnostic fees without real repairs.
Brought Panasonic VCR for TBC fix on 5/9/25; paid $100 diagnosis. Told CPU issue, part unavailable—fair enough.
Offered second identical VCR with working TBC but broken rewind on 5/30/25; they agreed to diagnose/combine/swap parts for another $100.
Months of silence and excuses. On 7/26/25, claimed neither fixable, refused part swap without reason.
Retrieved units: one scratched, missing screws. Requested they demonstrate the units were in same working condition as dropped off, they vehemently refused. Went home tested—working TBC now broken!
Demanded $100 refund; denied. Out $200, worse off. Avoid at all costs—they collect fees, damage gear, and ghost customers.
