In today's world, good customer service can be hard to find, but my experience with this plumbing company in Somerset was excellent. I recently had a clogged toilet, so I called for a plumber, and the problem was quickly fixed. The following week, after having a lot of guests over, I needed another visit. This time, the issue seemed more complicated than just using an auger. The plumber, Keith, worked hard to figure out what was going on and checked for different possible problems. We had a great experience with this plumbing company in Somerset! With three active boys in the house, things can get hectic, and when one of our toilets started backing up into the shower, we needed help fast. After calling a big plumbing company and waiting all day without anyone showing up, we decided to try a different local plumber. After turning our outside spigots back on for the season, we noticed that one had burst, even though we’d followed all the regular steps to protect them. We reached out to several plumbing companies, and the only prompt reply we got was from a local plumber in Somerset. Keith came by quickly, figured out the issue right away, and explained how to prevent it from happening again. He found the broken pipe inside the wall, fixed it efficiently, and also replaced the old shut-off valve and spigot, which were both pretty worn out.
