Did not have much hope showing up with an ancient iPhone 8 but my daughter had some that things on it not backed up that she really needed so we gave it a try.. wasn’t cheap because the screen and frame needed replacing but he had us up and running in less than 2 hours. This dude is an essential public service!
Charlie came highly recommended by a tech guru in my neighborhood. The drive from Daybreak was totally worth it. I’ve had my new MacBook battery for a week now and it has been awesome. Charlie swapped it out in under three hours right before the holidays, and the battery life has been great. I’m glad I got to keep my laptop instead of buying a new one. Great service and I’ll definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

I had such a great experience with Action Link-- Charlie is so knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. They were able to fix my phone at a very reasonable cost within a day. I had already gone to 3 different places with no luck so it was a huge relief to find someone that was able, and happy to help. They went above and beyond in my opinion, 10/10 would recommend!
I hired ActionLink wireless to perform a logic board replacement on my Samsung S22 Ultra, which originally had 256GB of storage. After the repair, I discovered my phone's storage had been downgraded to 128GB. When I contacted the company, the technician, Charlie, admitted that it was a mistake on his part for not verifying my phone's specifications before the repair. Despite admitting the error, he refused to install the correct 256GB logic board without an additional charge of $80. I had already paid for a complete repair, and I was not willing to pay extra for the company to correct its own mistake. The issue was not resolved, and I was left with a phone that does not have its original specifications. I cannot recommend this company due to their failure to stand behind their work and unwillingness to correct an admitted error without charging the customer more.
