Acknowledged Hardwood Floors

I would/will absolutely hire John again. We had tile on our main floor that was installed by a previous owner and wanted to make the change to hardwood. We received 3 quotes that were all were within a couple hundred dollars of each other so our decision came down to how we felt it would be to work with them and their reviews. On both counts, John stood out and I'm so glad we made the choice we did. First and foremost, the work was done incredibly well. He doesn't take shortcuts and we're thrilled with the finished product. It's beautiful and has completely transformed how our space feels. I was also surprised at how clean the process was (very little dust). Working with him was easy, he was highly communicative and did the job quickly (though it never felt rushed). When you get a quote he'll probably tell you that he'll "take care of you" and this was exactly our experience. He goes out of his way to improve things for his customers and I can confidently say we got significantly more value from hiring him than we paid. Overall, I'm thrilled with our experience and would highly recommend Acknowledged/John!

We are so impressed with the whole experience working with John and his crew. Their craftsmanship is top-notch. We had them tie in the existing hardwood on our main level and replace our molding. The blend was flawless! John came up with beautiful soultions around our fireplace and vents. Their work blew us away, and since we had them back to add flooring to our unfinished basement. This company is sincere people who care about the quality of their work. Something we have had a hard time finding when trying to complete other renovations. Highly recommend. 5 plus stars!

John has done at least 5 different jobs for me in both my commercial building and my private residence. He has installed commercial grade synthetic wood where the concrete subfloor had to be leveled along with hand scraped high end red and white oak. He was always on time, extremely meticulous and has gone above and beyond to get the project completed. I highly recommend him and his company for both commercial and private residence to meet all your flooring needs
