Today March 4, Shane and Ryder replace my thirty year old furnace. They were very efficient and polite. They explained everything to me and left the furnace room cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Ackermans to anyone needing a new furnace and request Shane and Ryder to be the installers.
Ackerman was so helpful and quick with getting us a new furnace and air conditioner! Their prices were the best we could find in the area. A special thanks to Ely, Nathan, Ryder, Luka and Shane for doing such a great job with the installation. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly. Thank you for bringing heat into our house!!! I Will definitely use them again.
Our sales rep Rob did a great job getting us set up with exactly what we wanted and Shane and Robert on the install team were absolutely awesome to work with for the install of our mini split unit. UPDATE 7/17/25 We had our first service done on our unit today, Kyle Bond was our technician and he did an awesome job. He was friendly, informative on how to care better for the unit between services, and completed the job efficiently and to a high standard. Just another reason why I recommend Ackerman for home heating and cooling needs.
