Ace Handyman Services Central Jersey

This company has some highly unprofessional staff working for them. While the person on the phone was really nice and was able to quickly find me an appointment, my review is more for the person who was supposed to come and take a look at the projects. Prior to my appointment I was told that I will be receiving a text with the name and picture of the person that’ll be coming. At the time of the appointment, no one shows up for an hour. I had absolutely no communication from the guy who was supposed to be there despite calling them and leaving multiple voicemails. The handyman reached out to me 2 hours later stating that he had “forgotten” about the appointment asking if he could come later. I wish they had someone managing this where their staff decides to not show up and show up as they like, leaving customers in limbo. If you value your time, money and like transparency, not the company to work with.

I requested removal of my stove including the gas line, so I could install new flooring myself. I was too nervous to do it myself, so I wanted an experienced person to handle it Michael Flynn visited my home, carefully disconnected the gas and tested it for leaks. He totally understood my concerns and took some extra time to ensure there was no leak. He also gave me advice in case I smelled gas later. I really appreciated that and felt less concerned. When I replace the floor under my dryer, I will certainly give them a call.

Very pleased with the recent sheet rock and painting job completed by Alex. Arrived on time, worked very hard, extremely clean and communication between him and Katie at the office who coordinated the job was on point. Reasonable pricing, provided a quick response for the estimate, kept me apprised of the daily schedule and asked all the necessary questions. Job was relatively small but there were no surprises. Will be using them again for part II of the project.

I was very satisfied with Ace Handyman Services and technician, Donatas Ziemelis. He was very professional, he showed up and explained the work that he was going to do. He was quick and thorough with the removal of a vanity. He cleaned up behind himself, he answered knowledgeably to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ziemelis to anyone who needed handyman services. He is very skilled and showed a great deal of professionalism while working on the job. I have future projects and I will definitely be using Ace Handyman Services again, and hopefully Mr. Ziemelis will be the one to return to work on those future projects. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the project.
