Ace Appliance Repair

The lady answering the calls should be more courteous and nice. I am sure she is stressed because Ace is the only repair option for washer repairs in the WELCH area through Lowe's protection plan warranty and they only come to WELCH once a month. They should not contract with Lowe's for the WELCH area if they are not willing to give speedy and great customer service. Ace came to my home to fix a refrigerator once and we had to get another repair person out here because the young gentleman did not know how to fix it. I am a very patient person, but having to wait a month for a service call is completely unprofessional. I had to call Lowe's and stay on the phone 30 minutes or more explaining why I need another service repair provider because ACE will only come to Welch once a month. Ace will accept a planned service date from Lowe's but they will not come until they make their once a month trip to Welch. Imagine all the clothes that are piling up.

This place likes to scam elderly clients - avoid at all costs. They came out to my grandmother’s house four times, fixed her refrigerator zero of those four times and charged every single time for services not otherwise rendered. Yes, they did make the drive. No, they did not accomplish anything. In no industry is this acceptable. Charged her $800+ and she still does not have a working refrigerator. The technician said to my grandmother that he told her “husband” the fridge was not fixable. Per her son “aka husband” this conversation never happened. This communication with the husband would require a Ouija board or psychic as my grandfather is unfortunately not here. They gave her this nonsense about how the service was not within 30 days, however the reason is because the tech cancelled/rescheduled. Thanks for nothing guys, best case scenario this is incompetence, worst case you scam the elderly.
