I can clearly see why? Zaim has such a wealth of knowledge. I explained the situation regarding 50% of our home being without power and the need for an Appointment. He ask several questions and then suggested, I go through Eversource First, explaining his full Rationale on the situation. Zaim then explained the process with Eversource and asked to let him know the Outcome; explaining they would certainly be out should the need arise. That level of honesty and care is rare. Later, when he returned to work on my house, he even cleaned my gutters while on the roof—completely unprompted. Meanwhile, his partner Nas was working diligently on the electrical box downstairs. They both showed up at 8 AM sharp and didn’t stop working until the job was completely done.
