My entire experience with Gentry the service rep from Acadiana Comfort Systems was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in solving my air conditioning problem. Bev Giesel
Alex was able to schedule the service call within a time window that fit my schedule. Trevor was easy going yet professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the faulty heat strip contactor and tested it asap. Hopefully the replacement will last longer than the original; one year.
With my AC unit making such a loud clanking noise where it wakes me in the night, I did not expect the technician to say "it is what it is" or "that's between you and Carrier". Besides him dismissing the issue the technician was so unprofessional! Unbelievably unprofessional from the time I greeted him at the front door, until the time he crouched in my living room to complete his service call. If this company weren't part of my home warranty, I would NEVER allow them to service my HVAC again. EDIT: To counter the response. Being dismissive is all in how you act and speak to the customer (see above). The technicians mannerisms, tone in speaking and giving off the feeling he didnt want to be there also did not help the situation. Why do you continue to install a compressor that continuously receives negative comments and complaints? EDIT: The owner reached out to me to resolve the issue. He was very understanding, professional, and took care of my problem. He raised his rating!
