Absolute Stone Design

I’ve bought all my countertops here and worked with Val, he was always great. Recently I’ve worked with 2 sales associates who have ghosted me. I’ve been trying to get a countertop and backsplash for a butlers pantry. Maybe my job is too small and not worth their time? Very disappointing as I have lots of jobs coming up that they could’ benefit from. Also, MSI told me they supply absolute with their stone. The reps at absolute tell me they bring the stone in directly from the quarry’s from all over the world, directly to their warehouse. Like they discover it. Maybe they do both but I hope they aren’t misleading their customers.

Pretty expansive place. Showroom is very well shown, with very nice quality products. Visiting the back, pretty cool to see the large slabs of marble, Granite and quartz they have in stock. Warehouse guys were very nice to get there forklift to move pieces around so we could see some samples that were stacked underneath others. They had tons of pieces to choose from. We got there at 430pm, not knowing they close at 5pm. The lady that was helping us pick pieces was very nice and sweet, but once 5pm hit, she was like you all have to go, its closing time. It was pretty abrupt. I don't want to say she was rude because she really wasn't but she also didn't play around and let us know that if we wanted to come back, we should schedule an appointment. For the 30 minutes or so we were there they were very knowledgeable and polite and helpful. We still haven't picked anything yet, hoping we'll be able to make an appointment to speak to someone there, it is a little difficult since my wife usually doesn't get home from work until about 4:20 p.m. oh, so I don't know if they extend their hours if you have an appointment. But overall it was very nice inside and they had lots of displays and products to choose from.
