We called during the recent storm and they were to our place within the hour. We had no heat. Chris was the the technician. He had the heater up and running within a couple hours. Professional, prompt, courteous and left his area clean. This is the second time we have used this company and they are always 5 ⭐️

The two techs showed up to perform the bi annualal service on our 2 central heat and air units. They took measurements of the systems functions, made sure everything was in order, cleaned the outside condenser units. They were quick, professional and thorough. They found everything was okay, they didn't make any attempts at selling extra work or products. The only way I could tell they had been there was the state of cleanliness of the outdoor condensers compared to how they looked when they arrived. They were at my home for about two hours but they did not interrupt us. They took several photos documenting the tests and readings they performed to show the systems were in proper operating order. I've been a customer of Absolute Heat and Air for at least 8 years. What I experienced today is typical of their service.
