Quality workmanship. Took far longer than expected to finish the project. Need to move away from paper to computer design and inventory tracking for the customer. Many delays seem could be avoided with better communication between contractors. Those responsible want to get the job done right.

I had the best experience with Abatiello Design.. I did not have a huge budget and I was very skeptical I could afford this incredibly highly thought of company. I WAS SO WRONG. The owner of the company and this magician employee Tiger worked very hard to accommodate me. It was within my ability to afford it and Tiger and the team came in and installed the rug without any stress or fanfare. Job done to perfection and i was so overwhelmingly grateful and happy I have no qualms recommending Abatiello Desogn Center. You will be in good hands. Ask to work with Tiger if you can, such a nice honest humble guy. Go team Abatiello!!!!!

The owner acts as though he doesn't want your business and my interaction with him was not welcoming. They claim to run an end-to-end process with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc. but the pricing is split between different contracts making it feel very disjointed. Any questions would get directed to their carpenters who wouldn't respond. Friends had warned us about their unresponsiveness and they were right. This left us with no confidence in the process.

Our project consisted of removing the old and installing the new backsplash tile in our kitchen. Our experience with Abatiello was positive all around! From choosing the tile at the showroom until the completion of the install. The staff was friendly, helpful and the installer was professional and experienced. Even when I made a change and added additional decorative tiles behind the stove, they were accommodating and fair in their cost increase. Would highly recommend.
