They perform only the repairs that are truly necessary and do not pressure customers into unnecessary work or make false claims. I believe their pricing and quality of service are among the best in the area, though having a small staff does make things a bit slow.
Awesome work! I was expecting a longer wait for parts. But unexpectedly the part showed up in a few hours. While my truck was in the shop for repairs, got an oil change done too. Thank you so much. Quick service too!
I have been taking my 2012 Honda Civic to Jay for the last 2 years that I’ve lived here and cannot recommend him enough. I’m able to bring my car and within minutes he’s able to identify the issue, provide a price, and labor time effective. Truly an expert in Japanese autos. Most recently, I had an issue with my car where had I driven it across country due to an upcoming move, I likely wouldn’t have made it nor my daughter. I would say his expertise and fixing a very very critical part of my car likely saved our lives and I wouldn’t have had a clue. Thank you, Jay! Will miss your honesty, clarity, and services to our vehicles.
This is a small shop run by Jay who specializes in Japanese cars. He is wonderful. I have been very impressed with his work. He really seems to know what he is doing and is very transparent with his price/what needs to be done. I had my car seen for an issue at another place before coming to him and he was able to do the job for half the price the other place quoted me. Still doing a quality job with the"upgrade" parts. My Subaru is in great hands. I just keep coming back.
