I brought my vacuum and he looked at, he put a belt on it and sanded a part down and straightened the brush.it took 5 minutes. He charged me 20, stated, that is what he charges. A little pricey for what he did.

Ok guys, listen up. If you need a vacuum cleaner or carpet machine repaired or just need to purchase a top quality, made in USA machine, this is the place. Honest work at reasonable prices. No issues and friendly service. We have tried the Chinese junk and the frustrations and broken parts are not worth the trouble. Thanks A to Z for rebuilding our machine to good as new. David Murphy
