Awful! They were rude and confrontational when asked for an invoice that is required by my insurance. Then, the lady from the insurance called them because obviously they need it. She spoke with 3 people who were completely unprofessional and REFUSED to give one! It's an INVOICE! Why would any business refuse that? There is something shady with this "business".
They were awesome! Needed a key programmed for our truck. I know it was an exception and we really appreciate it but we met the guy at the house and he did it for us after work hours!! Just wanted you to know how much we really appreciated that! Very friendly and helped us out in an emergency! AAAAA +++++!!! Super awesome! Thank you!!
I had a great experience with this locksmith service! My daughter accidentally locked my keys in the car, and since it’s a newer model, it took some time to get in. The technician was focused and clearly knew what they were doing. The customer service from the initial call to the job being done was fantastic—quick to respond, compassionate, and professional. I’m super grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Hands down the best Locksmith to call.
