We have used A Best for repairs in the past with great results. Currently I have a semi-older model Sears Kenmore Elite Induction range that is out of warranty, out of stock for parts, out of everything not being made but I love it. The glass in the door burst. Mike diligently called around and through a connection that goes to auctions, found a used door that fits perfectly. I had given up hope when I got the text that they had found one for half the price we said we’d pay. I’m so impressed by how he did not let this drop and he followed through. Thank you Mike!

Called this place because my refrigerator thermostat was sticking. Gentleman who answered was helpful in two ways: First, he actually called me back after he told me he had several customers to help in his store. Second, he diagnosed my issue over the phone and was super honest by telling me I could get the part cheaper thru Sears, and offered to give me the part number. I ended up ordering the part off amazon and replacing myself. Fixed my problem, refrigerator working perfectly!
