My furnace quit working on Friday. Becky arranged a quote on Monday. Working with Becky, in the office, was a pleasure. She was very helpful and explained everything in detail. After I decided to purchase the furnace from A-One on Tuesday she was able to schedule the installation the next afternoon. The three men who came and installed the new furnace were very professional and friendly. It has only been three days since the installation and the furnace is working great. It was amazing that from the first call to completion, in 20 degree weather, the job was took only 5 days. I will recommend A-One to anyone needing a replacement furnace.
